Reader & buyer support
If you have a question about a specific product review, a pricing discrepancy you noticed on a product page, or a buyer-scenario insight you'd like us to consider for the next editorial revision, email us at support@suplements.store. We typically respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. Please include the product name and the URL of the review in your message so we can route your question to the editor responsible for that vertical. We can help with: clarifying which manufacturer fulfills a given product, pointing you at the published refund policy, explaining how we scored an ingredient profile, and flagging any review where you believe pricing has changed since publication. We cannot: process orders, issue refunds, ship product, or access your manufacturer order — those actions are handled exclusively by the official retailer linked from each review page's purchase section.
Press, partnerships & guest contributions
For press inquiries (citation requests, interview availability, comment on category trends), partnership outreach (cross-publishing, syndication, methodology licensing), or guest-contribution pitches (you're a board-certified clinician or qualified researcher with a category we cover), use the same support@suplements.store inbox and prefix your subject line with PRESS, PARTNERSHIP, or GUEST so we route it to the editorial director rather than reader support. We respond to qualified press inquiries within 24 hours. We do not accept sponsored content, pay-for-placement reviews, or guest posts whose primary purpose is link insertion.
Corrections & accuracy
If you've spotted a factual error in a published review — an ingredient mis-attribution, a stale price, a mis-quoted clinical study, a broken external citation — please tell us. Editorial corrections are our highest-priority inbound traffic. Email support@suplements.store with the subject line CORRECTION + the product name. Include the section, the original wording, and the corrected information with a source if you have one. We publish corrections transparently with a dated note in the editorial methodology log on each affected review.
Legal, takedown & DMCA
For legal notices, intellectual-property concerns, DMCA takedown requests, or compliance questions (FTC, FDA, FCRA), email support@suplements.store with the subject line LEGAL. Include the URL in question, the basis of your request, and contact details for verification. We respond to legal correspondence within 48 business hours and route formally to JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC (our operating entity) when required.

Our editorial team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time. Inquiries received outside those hours are processed on the next business day.
